This role is critical to ensuring efficient dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is on-site in Tinton Falls, NJ.What We OfferWeekly pay via direct depositPaid training and onboardingInsurance available after 31 days (low-cost medical plans available)Dental, vision, HSA/FSA401(k) with company match13 days PTO + 8 paid holidaysCompany-paid life insuranceClean office environment with strong team cultureCareer advancement opportunities within a national service networkResponsibilities As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will:Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment timesManage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service callsCoordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiencyMonitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch systemCommunicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointmentsSupport field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issuesMaintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productiveQualifications What You NeedProven experience as a DispatcherExperience managing 1520+ technicians in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage a high-volume workload (200+ daily appointments) with accuracyStrong proficiency in Google Maps and manually routing callsFamiliarity with Northern and Southern New Jersey geography preferredPrior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments (HVAC or home services preferred)Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsExcellent multitasking abilities with the ability to remain calm under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systemsAbility to work in-office daily (no remote work available)Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as neededWork EnvironmentFast-paced, high-demand office settingRequires constant multitasking and real-time decision-makingFrequent communication with technicians and customers throughout the day*This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
