LocationSpringfield, VAEmployment TypeFull‑TimeClearanceTS/SCI Clearance with CI PolygraphJob OverviewThe Full Motion Video (FMV) Intelligence Analyst, Mid provides employees with hands‑on FMV training for all intelligence disciplines, advanced skills certification, and rapid job promotion into instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions. This role requires technical proficiency, should be expected to work with minimal oversight and often lead smaller teams in their service execution.We are searching for individuals ready to begin an exciting and dynamic intelligence career while supporting a critical global counterterrorism mission. U.S. Citizenship is required.Key ResponsibilitiesIntelligence Production: Produce imagery‑derived graphic products and reports, and publish them for distribution.Briefing Preparation: Compile comprehensive intelligence materials for use in briefings to high‑level government personnel.Data Exploitation: Input data accurately, exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, and apply all‑source information to FMV imagery analysis.Imagery Utilization: Use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery and work with multimodal imagery.Professional Growth: Take advantage of rapid advancement potential and cross‑training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), and FMV Advanced Research positions.Required QualificationsClearance: Active TS/SCI clearanceExperience: Minimum of five years of FMV, IMINT, and/or GEOINT experience (which can be supplemented with a relevant Intelligence focused degree). At least one year of recent (within the last three years) FMV/IMINT/GEOINT operational experience.Training: Attended a certified imagery schoolhouse (military or similar program).Technical Skills: Functional experience using ArcGIS or similar geospatial software.Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking skills, self‑starter mentality, and excellent communication skills.Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required.Desired QualificationsOver five years of intelligence analysis experience supporting both FMV and imagery product development.GPC certification.Previous experience in C4I, counter‑proliferation, or PACOM/INDOPACOM operations.Advanced ArcGIS proficiency.BA/BS degree in a field relevant to geospatial intelligence, intelligence studies, or similar disciplines.Familiarity and experience with SOM tools.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on qualifications and experienceComprehensive, company‑paid healthcare (we pay your premiums and deductibles)401(k) with company matchTravel & performance incentives3 weeks paid time off (plus Federal Holidays)$5,000 annual training allowance$500 book allowanceTuition reimbursement programEEO StatementUS Citizenship Required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
