Candidates should also be familiar with airline computer systems, have the ability to perform under pressure, work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding ramp teams. The ability to travel for training is required.Specific Duties Include: Coordinating Weight and Balance documentation with Load Control; maintaining daily trip files, station traffic reports, and handling-related statistical data; supervising ramp functions; conducting operational safety and load security checks prior to departure; and leading all operational activities during irregularities. You'll be responsible for coordinating all phases of aircraft handling—including catering, cleaning, fueling, crew and passenger boarding/de-boarding—as well as overseeing loading and unloading, ensuring proper buildup and securing of cargo and luggage. Close coordination with gate agents and passenger service teams is key, as well as ensuring accurate Bag Scan handling and maintaining LBI (Left Behind Baggage Index) control. You'll provide daily performance reports, document delays, ensure the implementation of new procedures and product enhancements, and make sure all operations are always aligned with safety, security, and legal regulations.This is a high-impact position where your expertise directly contributes to smooth, safe, and efficient flight operations.
