Security Agent (Swing Shift) (Differential Pay)

Job Title: Swing Shift Security Officer

Location: Grand & Little America

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site security presence and coverage at multiple locations
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms and follow proper protocols
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure site safety
  • Monitor surveillance systems and access control points
  • Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures
  • Write clear and detailed incident and daily activity reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and law enforcement if necessary
  • Be prepared to work on short notice and cover shifts as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent observational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and act quickly in stressful situations
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and patrol the property
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and assist in emergency situations
  • Ability to respond quickly, including running or navigating stairs
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
