What You'll Do

  • Locate and recover vehicles in a safe, professional, and lawful manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, lenders, law enforcement, and customers when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
  • Experience in repossession or towing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
