Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification & Immunization records:Rubella (2-series child/1-series adult)Rubeola (2-series child/1-series adult)Mumps (2-series child/1-series adult)Varicella (2-series)Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable)Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable)Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)Negative TB test must be conducted within three months prior to start date with CCS clients, and TB test must be conducted if practitioner is exposed to TB, according to CDC guidance for Health Care ProfessionalsSkills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
