Mobile DispatcherThe Mobile Dispatcher works in a Control Center environment, responding to a variety of customer inquiries and technician requests typically through phone interactions. The Mobile Dispatcher assesses and schedules technician's workload for natural gas and electric service work. The Mobile Dispatcher also monitors and answers radio traffic in order to dispatch service personnel.NorthWestern Energy is a fully regulated electric and natural gas utility serving Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska.
