DispatcherWe are searching for a Dispatcher in our Special Transit Services office to provide excellent service to our drivers and customers while answering multiple telephone lines. The individual in this key position will:Communicate by using phones and tablets with drivers and customers regarding trip schedules and clients. Refer messages and calls in a timely manner to the proper personnel.Collaborate with other dispatchers regarding fleet operation.Maintain accurate dispatch reports as directed by STS management.Operate dispatch software to communicate with the garage, management staff, local community and schools.Oversee driver production records, schedules and logs, assuring that all fleet records are turned in. Summarize and report information as required by STS management.Assist in the coordination of routine vehicle maintenance.Qualifications:Ability to assist in the operation of a special needs transportation systemWell organized with good telephone communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsAdministrative and computer operation skills, including the ability to multi-taskBilingual skills a plusHours: Full-time, 30 hours/week.
