Dispatcher
The Dispatcher will schedule technician appointments at customer sites and facilitates communication between technicians, customers, and the company as well as assist in fleet and safety management. Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Identification & Optimization
- Analyze job types, technician skill sets, and geographic zones to prioritize high-revenue opportunities.
- Monitor real-time job flow and proactively adjust schedules to capture incremental revenue.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify upsell opportunities during dispatch.
- Track and report missed revenue opportunities due to scheduling gaps or inefficiencies.
- Dispatch Operations
- Assign and route service jobs to technicians based on availability, proximity, and skill level.
- Ensure technicians are fully utilized throughout the day to meet service and revenue targets.
- Communicate effectively with field teams to manage delays, cancellations, and reschedules.
- Customer Experience
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate technician arrival.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Data & Reporting
- Use dispatch software and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as job completion rates, revenue per job, and technician productivity.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on dispatch performance and revenue impact.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Service Titan or similar service software
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in an office environment
- Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- May be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- Involves extended periods of looking at a computer monitor
- Must be able to see, hear, talk, and type
