In this role, you will be responsible for managing the driving team, ensuring timely and efficient transportation for clients to and from medical appointments. You will work closely with drivers, broker providers, and clients to guarantee exceptional service delivery while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Dispatch Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring vehicles are assigned efficiently, schedules are met, and client transport is safe, reliable, and punctual.Coordination with Drivers: Ensure drivers are well-informed about their routes, client needs, and any special requirements (e.g., wheelchair access, oxygen). Monitor driver performance and compliance with safety standards.Scheduling & Routing: Develop and maintain daily transportation schedules for clients.
