If you want to trade doubt for direction and find a place to focus on your career, come join our top tier team!What we offer:Weekly pay & paid trainingMedical, dental, vision insuranceHealth savings accountShort & long term disabilityCompany paid life insurancePTO including vacation and holidayMatching 401(k) + ROTH IRAOn-going training & development, plus growth opportunitiesWhat you will do:Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.Inform customers of the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.Enter data into the company's dispatch and customer management systems.Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.What you will need:2+ years of dispatch experience2+ years of customer service experienceService Titan experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Attention to detail and accuracy.The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.Schedule: Full-time, flexible generally 11AM to 8PM M-F with some weekendsPosted min pay rate: USD $16.00/Hr.Posted max pay rate: USD $18.00/Hr.
