Senior Superintendent

You will lead Healthcare projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role involves managing on-site operations and coordinating with project teams in Columbus. Description Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion. Manage complex healthcare construction projects while maintaining active hospital operations where required. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved safely and efficiently. Enforce company safety standards and maintain an exceptional safety culture. Conduct daily site meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership. Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards while meeting budget and schedule objectives. Mentor and develop field personnel, including Assistant Superintendents and Foremen. Profile Experience as a Superintendent on healthcare projects (hospital, medical office, surgery center, or similar healthcare facilities). Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and quality control. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification preferred.
