The Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations for projects in Denver, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Client Details A company in the construction industry, based in Denver, is seeking a skilled commercial superintendent for its projects in Denver. Description Manage on-site construction activities and monitor project progress. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth operations. Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations. Oversee quality assurance to meet project specifications and standards. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address project needs and updates. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure timely completion of all phases of construction projects. Resolve any on-site challenges effectively and efficiently. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, including scheduling and resource allocation. Experience in ground up car dealership construction Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders. Ability to resolve issues and adapt to changing project requirements. Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. Company truck and gas card provided.
