This position plays a critical role in managing entry and exit points, verifying identification, and conducting vehicle inspections or mobile patrols.The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors in a courteous, professional manner. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, as officers may be responsible for operating company or site vehicles to conduct patrols or perimeter checks.Qualifications & Requirements:* Must be at least 18 years old.* High school diploma or GED required.* Valid, current driver's license with clean driving record (required).* Valid OH security guard license or guard card.* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.* Previous experience in security, access control, customer service, or law enforcement preferred.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift.* Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.* Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.* Reliable transportation.OH #65198924219Education Requirements (All)HS DiplomaGED or H.S.
