Summary
Executive Assistant DoD, Dept. of the Air Force The Executive Assistant provides administrative and executive support to senior leadership within the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (55 WG/JA). The position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative, clerical, data management, and office support functions while ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks. The Executive Assistant supports daily office operations and contributes to the efficient execution of the organization's mission. Place of Performance: Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (55 WG/JA) Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska Work Schedule: Full-time. Work will be performed during the normal duty hours established by the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (55 WG/JA) at Offutt Air Force Base. The specific daily schedule will be provided by the Government upon award and onboarding. Requirements: Associate's Degree in any field. Minimum one (1) year of clerical or data entry experience in an office environment. Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a military environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and office management skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining strict attention to detail and deadlines. S. Citizenship. Ability to successfully obtain and maintain all required security clearances, background investigations, fingerprints, and Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility. Active Secret clearance (Preferred) Preferred Qualifications Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior military or Government leadership. Prior Department of Defense or Air Force experience. Experience within legal, command staff, or administrative organizations. Strong calendar management and executive scheduling experience. Experience handling sensitive or confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership. Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records. Prepare correspondence, reports, memoranda, spreadsheets, and presentations. Maintain calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination. Answer telephone calls and provide professional customer service. Receive, screen, and route visitors and communications. Maintain office files, records, and documentation. Coordinate administrative workflows and office activities. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare and manage official documents. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive Government information. Support office operations through effective organization and document management. Complete all required Government orientation and annual training. Comply with Air Force policies, installation procedures, and security requirements.
