OverviewWinston & Strawn's Chicago office is looking for an associate to join the Financial Restructuring Practice Group. Candidates should have at least four years of experience with restructuring matters, including out-of-court restructurings and workouts and complex business reorganizations (Chapter 11) representing lenders and debtors.
