Navy Acquisition Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with government stakeholders to support government equipment delivery status, issues, risks, and other tasking related to Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment.
- Communicate daily with government acquisition management team. Brief out statuses of tasking.
- Work closely and manage the customer expectations
- Assist in management of team of acquisition analysts
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Required BS or 1 – 4 years' experience
- Preferred BS in Engineering, business administration, Finance, English, History, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Communications, Accounting, Education, or Sciences preferred
- Preferred 1 – 4 years of experience in DOD/U.S. Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
- Experience communicating with government stakeholders
- 2 years Navy GFE or CFE management experience preferred
Required Skills:
- Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detailed oriented
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Risk management and change control
- Leadership and mentorship and supervisory skills
- Scheduling and task planning using Project and Excel
