Summary
The Superintendent will oversee construction projects within the business services industry in Cleveland, ensuring quality execution and timely completion. Description Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules. Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies. Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to specifications. Conduct daily site meetings and communicate progress with project management. Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track. Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records. Build positive relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners. Profile Previous experience as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor. Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
