Summary
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction project, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and site activities to keep the project moving efficiently. Description Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain seamless communication and project progress. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process. Monitor project schedules and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction phase. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize construction processes.
