Description Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow Enforce safety protocols and foster a strong safety-first culture Implement and maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and costs Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment on deliverables Profile Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination Ability to manage subcontractors and lead field teams effectively Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Job Offer Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 Competitive benefits package including bonus potential Opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a growing market Clear career progression into Senior Superintendent and leadership roles MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
