Description Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations to ensure project timelines are met. Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate material deliveries and inventory to maintain efficient workflows. Monitor and report project progress to the Superintendent and project management team. Address onsite challenges and provide timely solutions to minimize delays. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures on site. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control standards. Support in preparing reports, schedules, and documentation for project milestones. Profile Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer with a commercial general contractor. Experience working on one or more of the following project types: Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Light Industrial, Office Buildings, Aviation, Transportation, Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Sports & Entertainment Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills. OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
