Summary
We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead on-site operations for large-scale residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects up to $50M+, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You'll be the key point of contact on-site, managing subcontractors, schedules, and inspections while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Client Details Join a respected general contractor with decades of experience delivering award-winning projects across the Midwest. They have a proven track record in residential, student housing, senior living, and commercial construction. Known for their collaborative approach and commitment to quality, they offer a stable environment where professionals can thrive. Description Oversee all day-to-day site operations from planning through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project specifications. Enforce job site safety standards (OSHA 10 minimum recommended). Maintain accurate documentation and project records. Schedule and monitor quality control using checklists and inspections. Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress proactively. Conduct daily site walks to monitor activities and plan ahead. Ensure job site cleanliness and organization at all times. Complete punch lists and ensure timely project closeout. Profile Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction supervision. Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction methods and best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Proficient in scheduling and basic computer applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). Job Offer Competitive Salary of $95,000 - $125,000 based on experience, with performance-based incentives.
