Excellence is not just a goal it is the standard that we hold ourselves to.Job Description Provide the highest level of customer service and satisfactionCommunicate and interact with customers as well as internal team members to ensure proper order status, delivery arrangements, and serviceReceive any incoming customer service calls and emailsSchedule and coordinate all service calls and adjust drivers' daily schedules as requiredMonitor drivers throughout the day via the dispatch systemCreate the next day driver schedule ensuring customer needs are metAdd new customer jobs and tickets to the computer system (TCR)Conduct job service checks for jobs that have been out for 30 days or moreComplete a "final edit" of each job ensuring the ticket has all the required information for billingInteract and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels of employees, management, vendors, customers, and external partnersPerform other functions as necessary or as assignedQualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent1-2 years of experience; or any combination of education, experience, and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills, and abilitiesStrong leadership skills to ensure drivers' compliance with direction and assignmentsBasic understanding of the geographical area and mapping programs to facilitate efficient routingProficient or able to quickly learn dispatch and record-keeping systems such as Paylocity and TCRGeneral Windows Office Suite experience- Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.Ability to work independently with little instruction and adapt to change at a fast pace and under pressureHigh integrity and a strong work conceptAbility to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness.High degree of energy, self-motivation, and flexibilityProven ability to work collaboratively with othersExcellent communication and time management skillsStrong work ethic with a professional, positive attitudeAdditional Information Health/Life InsuranceCareer Growth401(k)Paid Time Off & Paid HolidaysAWP named one of America's Greatest Workplaces 2023 and 2025 for DiversitySalary range $21-$25/hour4050 hours per week, including mandatory on-call coverage as part of scheduled responsibilities, with compensation as applicableAWP Safety is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
