Location Wright Patterson AFB OHSecurity Clearance Active TSSCI RequiredMust be able to obtain a CI PolyJob Type Full TimeTarget Salary Range 101000 102000This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level years of experience andor certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salaryPosition Overview The Activity Security Representative III provides multi disciplined security support to a customer facility and organization This position delivers day to day support for Collateral Sensitive Compartmented Information SCI and Special Access Program SAP activitiesKey Responsibilities Document Control and Classified Material ManagementConduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondenceAssist with maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondenceProcess inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt recordsPerform destruction of classified materialsProcess magnetic media for accountabilityProvide reproduction support for classified materialsMaintain daily logs associated with document controlAssist in processing inbound data and outbound data transfer filesTransfer electronic data files to internal customersImplement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondencePrepare process and review inbound and outbound classified mail faxes courier packages and receiptsPersonnel and Access SecurityMaintain an extensive customer point of contact databaseResearch process file and maintain inbound and outbound visit noticesEscort facility visitors and maintain associated logsAssist with preparing facility access control badgesConduct entry and exit inspectionsAssist in maintaining facility access control systems including visitor controlPerform data entry in the Personnel Access Security System PASS database and maintain customer sponsored billets and quota informationMaintain personnel security files for supported personnelReview track and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnelPrepare process and review Program Access Requests PARs for accuracy and access eligibilityExecute Special Access Program Nomination Process questionnairesConduct Defense Central Index of Investigations DCII Joint Personnel Adjudication System JPAS and SAPNP reviews for personnel being submitted for SAP accessPerform data entry and record checks in the Air Force Access Data System AFADS and maintain current customer sponsored personnel access informationPerform security indoctrinationsSecurity Compliance and Program Support Follow and enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures SOPsSupport security awareness and education programsParticipate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections of government organizations and industryProvide miscellaneous administrative support as directed by the Contractor Site Lead andor Senior Security RepresentativeLeadership and Quality Assurance Provide leadership mentoring and quality assurance for team membersQualifications Experience 57 years of related experience RequiredResume must demonstrate 2 years of SAP experience RequiredClearance Active TSSCI clearance RequiredMust be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph RequiredEducation Bachelors degree Bachelors degree counts as four years of experienceAssociates degree in a related field counts as two years of experienceCertifications Security Fundamentals Professional Certification SFPC counts as one year of experienceSpecial Program Security Certification SPSC counts as one year of experienceA maximum of three years of equivalent experience may be applied through SPED certificationsOne year of experience may be credited for each separate SPED certification not to exceed three yearsPreferred Qualifications Experience Special Access Program SAP experience Bachelors degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
