We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate the daily movement of freight, schedule drivers, and manage communication between clients and carriers. This role is responsible for supporting efficient transportation operations through route planning, compliance tracking, real-time problem resolution, and ongoing coordination with drivers and customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily movement of freight to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers based on operational needs and delivery requirements.
• Manage communication between clients, carriers, and drivers to maintain service levels.
• Perform route planning and optimize transportation schedules.
• Track compliance requirements and maintain accurate transportation records.
• Monitor shipments and provide real-time problem resolution for delivery issues, delays, and route changes.
• Support dispatch operations by maintaining accurate information within company systems.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively coordinate multiple transportation and logistics activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using computers and dispatch-related systems in a fast-paced environment.
