Receptionist Dispatcher Job Posting SERVPRO Team Locandro is hiring a Receptionist - Dispatch Coordinator. As the Dispatch Coordinator you will assist with scheduling a team to the customer's location to assess the work that would need to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment!Key responsibilities include:Receive incoming calls and emails about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communicationsDispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management teamReview and maintain software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly and customer information is input properlyPerform detailed and accurate data entry in multiple systems.Collaborate and assist with other departments, as neededPosition requirements include:At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft programs (Basic Excel spreadsheets, intermediate Outlook for emails) and ability to learn new software programsAbility to effectively multi-taskPrior dispatch experience helpfulAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientatedKnowledge of local geographical area is preferredHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applicationsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredThis is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
