An established, nationally recognized general contractor and construction management firm is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join its growing Northwest Arkansas team. Client Details This opportunity is with a national commercial GC.delivering complex projects across healthcare, education, retail, commercial, and light industrial sectors, leading high-profile projects ranging from $50M-$100M Description The Superintendent will report into Division Leadership and play a critical role in the successful delivery of construction projects. Unlike many organizations, this Superintendent position operates as an equal partner to the Project Manager, with significant ownership of project execution, scheduling, and field leadership. Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project success Drive safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction Manage project logistics, sequencing, and daily site operations Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Lead project teams on large-scale commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and retail developments Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 8+ years of construction leadership experience as a Superintendent Proven success delivering commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education, or defense-related projects Experience managing projects valued between $30M and $100M preferred Strong scheduling expertise and ability to drive project milestones Demonstrated leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors Ability to travel regionally when project needs require Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Job Offer Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $160,000 Vehicle allowance of approximately $925/month or company vehicle Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Performance-based bonus structure.
