Berks Career & Technology Center (BCTC) has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Counselor at our West Campus in Leesport, Pennsylvania. Join a collaborative team dedicated to helping students achieve academic, career, and personal success. About BCTC: Berks Career & Technology Center is a premier career and technical education school serving high school and adult learners through innovative, hands-on programs that prepare students for high-demand careers and postsecondary success. Qualifications Master's Degree required. Pennsylvania Education Specialist I or II certification with a concentration in Secondary School Counseling required. Previous school counseling experience preferred. Knowledge of career and technical education is preferred. Primary Responsibilities Provide academic, career, and personal counseling services to BCTC students. Guide students in career planning and postsecondary opportunities. Assist with student recruitment, application, enrollment, and outreach activities. Serve as the NOCTI Site Coordinator. Collaborate with faculty, administration, parents, and sending schools to support student success. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:15 p.m. (7¾ hours/day), 10-months (190 days). Includes six evening functions annually and two extended faculty meetings per month. Why Join BCTC?
