The analyst will lead a team conducting targeted research and analysis, documenting information on known or suspected terrorists and preparing nominations that meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a team lead or similar role supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating within structured processes that result in high production output.Key Responsibilities of this role include:Integrating and analyzing disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to maintain and enhance watchlisting records of individuals deemed to be threats to the United States;Attending and actively supporting meetings with internal and external partners under the supervision of program and/or customer leadership;Ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards;Maintaining quality standards as directed by the program leadership team and supporting the implementation of corrective actions as needed;Engaging with colleagues to support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps;Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring to a team of professionals supporting national watchlisting requirements****This is contingent upon contract award****#J-18808-Ljbffr
