Summary

Job Title

INCUMBENTS ONLY

Location: Altus AFB

Creates weekly C-17 pilot training schedules for applicable aircrew training devices.

Assigns instructors, evaluators, and students to scheduled training events.

Ensures student training requirements are scheduled, tracked, and completed.

Coordinates instructor scheduling for training, evaluations, and government use time (GUT) as required.

Monitors instructor currency, upcoming evaluations, and other required training events.

Tracks and schedules instructor evaluations and check rides.

Creates and maintains weekly schedules for entry into the graduate training integration management system (GTIMS).

Coordinates schedule changes and resolves scheduling conflicts.

Maintains accurate scheduling records and suspense actions.

Attends weekly scheduling and training meetings as required.

Supports other crew-position scheduling as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate must currently be sitting in the position to be considered for this role.

Candidate must currently be performing the duties and responsibilities associated with the position.

Position requires an associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Previous ATD, aviation, or military scheduling experience is highly desired.

Knowledge of aviation training scheduling concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.

Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, required.

Must be able to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and suspense actions.

Must be willing to work flexible hours to support customer operational requirements.

Candidate must meet all applicable position, program, and site requirements.
