As the Training Specialist, you will assist with new hire orientation, continued development, and provide education and support to both field personnel and internal staff. The Training Specialist will track the progress of individuals through offered programs to ensure all business goals and objectives are achieved. This dynamic, high-visibility role will provide support to various departments by means of video calls, phone calls and email. This individual must maintain strong industry knowledge and keep pace with changes in program material, department processes and goals.Key Responsibilities Provide orientation and education to new field and internal personnel through courses, educational videos, and one-on-one sessions as neededMonitor training operations to identify opportunities to expand service offerings and/or improve processes via identification of best practicesRegularly report progress against established goals.
