Summary
As a full-time Threat Detection Engineer, the successful candidate will apply their expertise in incident response, collaborate with security teams, and drive cyber incident management while working remotely.Key responsibilitiesApply knowledge of incident response concepts to manage and escalate cyber incidents effectivelyAnalyze threat intelligence and identify new detection opportunities, creating playbooks to mitigate risksDocument incidents from detection to resolution and report on the overall health of the Security Operations Center (SOC)Required qualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in cyber incident response or a similar cybersecurity roleProficiency with security concepts, SOAR, EDR, NDR, and SIEM technologiesExperience with multiple Cloud Service Providers such as AWS and GCPAbility to perform on-call duties as required
