What You'll Do
As a Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
You schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track. Additionally, you schedule permits and inspections.
Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
Required Skills/Experience
- Trades experience preferred but not required
- Efficiently scheduling technicians on jobs
- Assisting technicians dispatch to their jobs
- Scheduling customers for services that have been quoted
- Rescheduling non-emergency appointments when emergency appointments arise
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $22.00-28.00/hr Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
