Senior Tactical Systems Analyst (F-16 Net Enabled Weapons)Tactical Air Support, Inc. is immediately seeking an experienced F-16 Subject Matter Expert to join our motivated Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division and strengthen our Network Enabled Weapons (NEW) Support Team ideally located near one of the following locations: Luke AFB, AZ; Nellis AFB, NV or Shaw AFB, SC. The ACES Division supports Tactical Air's mission by delivering world class military aviation training, products, and support. As part of ACES, the NEW team provides the latest information on aircraft software features and weapon functionality to warfighters so that they can be successful in combat. The NEW training program is dynamic and challenging. The team delivers between four and six Network Enabled Weapon University (NEW U) courses per year and supports multiple exercises in Europe and the Pacific. Travel locations include all F-16 bases CONUS well as Europe and Asia. A NEW team member should expect to travel frequently in support of warfighter training. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD.ResponsibilitiesParticipate on a team in the production of Network Enabled Weapon (NEW) training plans, update and deliver a training program for NEW with continued training for instructors and maintenance personnelBecome a Subject Matter Expert (SME) updating and standardizing training materials, including mission planning, flight training, NEW operations, COMSEC key and custodian interaction, and NEW training modulesConduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of pilots with varied experience levelsCross-train and assist other priority efforts within ACESRequirementsBachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Combination of background, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degreeMinimum of eight years as F-16 Pilot. WIC Graduate preferredComprehensive technical and functional knowledge of pre and/or post block F-16 weapon and mission systemsTravel (30%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S.Valid state driver licenseMust be lawfully eligible to work in the United States, complete a U.S. government I-9 form, and successfully pass a government background check.Current and active Secret clearance, with TS/SCI eligibilityEligible for SAP/SAR programsDesired Experience/SkillsEnthusiasm and commitment to a working environment requiring intense collaboration, robust communication, and coordination with various operational squadrons, test squadrons, program offices, and tactical centers of excellenceExperience with various operational squadrons, training squadrons, test squadrons, program offices, and tactical centers of excellenceFamiliarity or experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense (DoD) federal contractors and the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation industryExcellent customer service skillsAbility to conduct professional, in-person training to groups of pilots with varied experience levelsStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projectsWork AuthorizationMust be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 FormTactical Air Support is a Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace.
