Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Performs administrative support work related to recurring and moderately complex fire program financial transactions.
Reviews, inputs, and updates data in automated financial and accounting systems.
Assists in tracking fire funding allocations and expenditures.
Reviews acquisition requests for completeness, accuracy of accounting information, and compliance with applicable regulations prior to submission.
Prepares and verifies fire employee time and attendance data in automated payroll systems.
Provides clerical support for personnel actions related to hiring, onboarding, and separation of temporary and seasonal fire employees.
