All-Source Analyst (MILCAP)Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All-Source Analyst specializing in military capabilities. Position: All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) Location: DIA HQ, Washington, DC Clearance and polygraph requirement: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI polygraph conducted in the past 7 years will be highly prioritized. Experience/education requirement: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing production that studies the complexity of adversarial systems. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.Requirements:Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsExperience analyzing and breaking down complex systemsExperience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levelsActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degreeDesired qualifications:3+ years as an all-source military capabilities analystKnowledge of conventional weapon systemsKnowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standardsABOUT NALLEY CONSULTING: Nalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions.
