Tracks driver assignments and other data in a computer database.RESPONSIBILITES Track technician location to determine most efficient trouble and installation assignmentAnalyze, evaluate, and report traffic and performance data.Provide technical support to customers and call center personnelDispatch FST based on retailer service requestsPrioritize calls according to urgency and importanceUse phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locationsMonitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their scheduleProvide field units with information about requests, traffic, obstacles and requirementsEnter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other informationREQUIREMENTS 1-3 years relevant working experienceCandidates should possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
