This includes patrolling the resort grounds, responding to incidents, assisting with emergencies, enforcing safety policies, conducting investigations, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is vigilant, professional, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.Job Specifications:Onsite: Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time includes evenings, over-night shifts, weekends, and holidays Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Why Join Us:Competitive Pay and Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, employee dining room, retirement plans, and unique resort perks, such as complimentry hotel stays.World-Class Resort: Work in a dynamic and upscale environment committed to excellence and service.Growth Opportunities: Advance your career in resort safety, guest services, or hospitality leadership.Responsibilities Key responsibilities including, but not limited to :Patrol the property and monitor surveillance systems to detect and prevent security breaches or suspicious activity.Respond promptly to incidents including medical emergencies, guest complaints, thefts, disturbances, or safety hazards.Monitor guest and employee parking areas and enforce traffic flow and access control procedures.Complete accurate and timely incident reports, ensuring proper documentation of all observations and actions taken.Enforce all resort safety, fire prevention, and emergency response protocols.Provide courteous assistance to guests and employees while maintaining a visible and professional security presence.Perform routine checks on doors, windows, locks, fire extinguishers, AEDs, and other safety equipment.Assist with lost and found procedures including intake, tracking, and return of items.Support resort shuttle flow and parking operations, ensuring safe and orderly guest movement.Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency medical teams, and resort leadership as needed.Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all security-related matters.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills :High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security, criminal justice, or hospitality training preferred.1+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service; resort or hotel experience is a plus.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).Proficient with report writing and use of communication equipment (radio, phone, basic computers/tablets).Excellent observational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.Ability to work all shifts, including over-night.#blackdesertresort#J-18808-Ljbffr
