These are certified police officers in accordance with SC Code of Laws, empowered with full arrest and police authority. They enforce campus rules and regulations, local, state, and federal laws. Executes duties of patrol officer, provides event security, assists in critical incidents, and provides emergency first response.Minimum Requirements: High school diploma. Must be 21 years of age, be physically qualified and have no criminal record. Must pass a background investigation and be currently certified as a Class I officers of South Carolina, certified and trained at the SC Criminal Justice Academy.
