Supervisory Export Compliance Specialist

As an Supervisory Export Compliance Specialist, you will perform the following duties:

• Plan, manage and direct major and continuing investigations/compliance programs which involve high-priority cases that are central to agency objectives; discharge complex investigative responsibilities.
• Develop, evaluate and implement significant new program strategies; analyze key policy questions in the investigation/compliance area and make significant agency decisions, policy recommendations and positions.
• Prepare overall export control trend reports for senior Bureau management assessing the level of industry compliance with various new policy initiatives; and present high level briefings; develops subject information/white papers; prepare and present staff actions and reports using multiple media formats; and provide input/recommendations for policy initiatives.
• Direct and manage a staff of compliance personnel in the investigations/compliance of case, agreements and or monitoring programs based on the compliance educational outreach efforts to the public.
