Essential Job Duties:Maintaining the daily schedule for both service techs and installation teamsAnswering incoming calls Booking jobs for service departmentCommunicating with customers daily for follow ups, tech arrival updates, scheduling, and more Fast-paced environment with strong teamwork environment High typing and multitasking skills requiredRequirements & Qualifications:1-3 years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management, or equivalent combination of education and experienceProactive & accountable Self-motivated, fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skills especially under pressureFamiliarity with Service Titan and HVAC dispatching is ideal (will train for right person)Team player who is a self-starter and able to learn independentlyConfident in utilizing and learning new software programsGeographical knowledge of service area or map reading skillsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must enjoy helping and working with othersExperience: Dispatching: 1-3+ years (Preferred)Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly WagePI44f7ffe679e7-25660-41279534
