This is a full - time position offering hybrid flexibility out of SE Washington DC.Multiple openings! Both at the Senior Level and Mid-Level.Essential Duties of the Power Platform Developer:Senior level: Design, develop, and maintain advanced solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.Senior level: Lead architectural design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable, well-structured Power Platform solutionsSenior level: Implement robust data models, relationships, and business rule using Dataverse and other connected data sourcesMid-level: Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and/or ModelDriven) to support business processes and user workflows.Mid-level: Develop, test, and optimize cloud flows in Power Automate to automate business tasks and integrations.Mid-level: Design and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and views to support application needs.Mid-level: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.Qualifications of the Power Platform Developer:8+ years of professional IT experienceHands-on experience building solutions with Power Apps.Experience with Dataverse, data modeling, and relational data structures.Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret, TS/SCI, or CI Poly clearance.Compensation for the Power Platform Developer:$120,000 - $170,000 (based on experience)1-2 days remote per weekComprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidaysThis job opens for applications on 8/7/2026.
