Job Title: Navy Program / Acquisition AnalystLocation: DC/Navy YardRequired Clearance: SecretSalary: NegotiableDescription: Seeking an experienced Navy Program / Acquisition Analyst to support Naval Special Warfare (NSW) at the Washington Navy Yard. The position provides program management, acquisition, financial, and operational analysis support for Navy programs involving special operations undersea systems, submersibles, and related equipment.Responsibilities Day-to-day program management and acquisition activities.Develop and analyze program schedules, budgets, acquisition documentation, cost estimates, and performance metrics.Track milestones, risks, action items, deliverables, and contractor performance.Prepare briefings, reports, correspondence, and decision-support materials for Navy leadership.Support planning, programming, budgeting, and execution activities.Coordinate with Navy stakeholders, Naval Special Warfare organizations, engineering teams, contractors, and other government organizations.Assist with acquisition strategy, requirements development, lifecycle planning, and program reviews.Conduct operational, financial, cost, and management analyses.Support meetings, technical reviews, working groups, and acquisition milestone activities.Required Qualifications Approximately 7–10 years of relevant experience in program management, engineering/science management, operations research, financial analysis, cost analysis, defense acquisition, or a related discipline.Demonstrated U.S. Navy program or operational experience.Familiarity with DoD/Navy acquisition and program-management processes.Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and briefing skills.Desired Qualifications Significant Naval Special Warfare (NSW)experience.Previous support to a Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) or Program Management Office (PMO).PMP certification.Familiarity with Deep Submergence Systems and the Navy Scope of Certification (SOC)process.Experience supporting NSW Special Access Programs (SAPs).Knowledge of undersea warfare, special operations platforms, submersibles, or associated mission equipment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
