Salary: $82,472.00 – $110,510.40 AnnuallyEssential Functions:Effectively communicate to provide information, direction, mediations, and de-escalate situations and resolve conflicts.Determine when there is reasonable suspicion to detain when probable cause exists to search and arrest, and when appropriate force may be used and to what degree.Subdue resisting suspects using approved techniques of arrest control, defensive tactics, and weapons; resort to the use of hands, feet and other approved weapons in defense of self or others.Purse fleeing suspects.Testify and attend court and speak in other formal settings as necessary.Read, comprehend, prepare, and process legal and non-legal documents.Proven track record of upholding honesty and integrity in decision-making.Self-motivated and proactive.Takes initiative and consistently delivers results in high-pressure situations.Collaborates effectively with the community and fellow team members, fostering positive partnerships and teamwork.Colorado P.O.S.T.
