As a Security Officer Healthcare Patrol Driver in Marston, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support security-related operations, and deliver outstanding customer service. - Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining professional interactions and documenting observations, incidents, and/or unusual conditions.
- Support a professional workplace environment by following post orders, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and completing required reports and shift communications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Possess EMT certification.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
