Summary
Senior Provisioning AnalystPosition Summary:The Senior Provisioning Analyst supports the provisioning of spare parts and the development of Repair Parts & Special Tool List (RPSTL) and Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) manuals. This role ensures compliance with customer specifications by compiling and analyzing data, coordinating with vendors, and reviewing technical documentation. The Senior Provisioning Analyst also supports project tracking, client interactions, and assists in training junior team members.What You'll Do:Collect and compile information for part provisioning and spare parts catalogsReview engineering drawings, bill of materials, change notices, and other technical documentsInterface with commercial vendors to obtain required part informationAnalyze illustrations and drawings to verify part identification, location, and functionScreen part numbers for national stock numbers (NSN)Review work packages and artwork for technical accuracyTravel to client and/or Government facilities to gather required project dataEnsure documentation meets specifications and contractual requirementsTrack and report project status to project/program leadsCoordinate RPSTL and IPB manual production for compliance with specificationsEstablish and maintain client and Government relationships to support business developmentAssist in training entry-level associates and providing research for quotes and proposalsSupport internal and external teams with required provisioning informationPerform additional job-related tasks as neededWhat You Bring:1+ years of experience in parts provisioning, technical documentation, or related fieldsExperience compiling parts lists and developing work packages for text and illustrationsPrior military-equivalent experience in maintenance or parts-related fields preferredStrong understanding of technical document coordination and complianceProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe AcrobatExperience with provisioning software such as SLIC, SLICwave, or PowerLogAbility to analyze and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentationExcellent communication and organizational skillsWork Environment:General office setting with standard office equipmentOccasional work in garages, shops, or outdoor environmentsMay require overtime, weekend, or holiday work to meet deadlinesLimited travel (less than 10%) via motor vehicle and/or airplane to client locationsBenefits:Flexible schedulingUnlimited PTOHybrid work settingHealth/Dental/Vision Insurance with company allowanceRetirement plan (401K) & we are an ESOP company (Employee Owned)What you may have done in the past:Developed provisioning data and technical manuals for military or commercial applicationsManaged spare parts catalogs and technical documentation for aerospace or defense projectsCoordinated with vendors and engineers to gather and verify technical dataWorked on Department of Defense (DoD) contracts related to logistics and provisioningEqual Opportunity Employer:O'Neil & Associates, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, Vietnam Era or other eligible veteran status, or any other protected factor.
