Observe gaming and non-gaming activity by monitoring electronic surveillance equipment to ensure compliance with applicable laws, procedures, regulations and rules and protect company assets from illegal or questionable activities. - Must possess the ability to learn observation, documentation, and reporting practices for investigation of any variances to the company, internal controls, money handling activity and state gaming regulations.
- Complete daily audits of department activity, duty logs, and cooperate with departments and regulators during investigations.
- Must possess the ability to learn casino gaming systems and gaming functions.
- Respond immediately to any activities that appear unusual or suspicious.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School /GED minimum. On the job training provided.
- Prior Surveillance, Security, military, or retail loss prevention experience a plus.
- Must be competent in basic computer functions such as typing and navigating files. Computer skills should include working knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Excel and Word as well as the ability to learn application based programs.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work easily within a close, fun, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
