The monthly salary for this position is $4,000.Responsibilities Recruit, manage, and train volunteers for direct voter contact, including door-to-door canvassing, high-traffic canvassing, voter registration, and relational organizingExecute visibility events to educate voters and recruit new volunteersMeet daily, weekly, and phase goals for capacity building and voter contact within your assigned region; maintain data integrity throughoutDevelop strong relationships with local leaders, grassroots organizers, and key activistsServe as a point of contact for local officesOther responsibilities as neededRequirements Nebraska ties are a strong plusPrior experience as an intern or organizer on another campaign, or equivalent customer service backgroundAbility to live and work in-person within your assigned coverage areaAbility to meet tight deadlines and problem-solve effectively under pressureValid driver's license and access to a vehicle requiredAbility to work long hours, including evenings and weekendsStrong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of staffThis is a full-time position based in Nebraska - we have offices in Omaha, Kearney, and Lincoln.
