This role is primarily responsible for recruiting and managing volunteers and helping execute the campaign's field and voter contact strategy across designated wards. The organizer will also support administrative coordination and operational tasks necessary for overall campaign success. You should expect to spend approximately 70% of your time on field organizing-related tasks and 30% providing other administrative support to the campaign. Must be based in Washington, DC or able to commute daily to the District with little interference. Weekends required. Given the size of the District, you will gain experience equivalent to a congressional campaign. Reports to the campaign manager.
