Interested candidates should send a resume with a list of the cases (styles and cause numbers) that she/he has tried in a first or second chair capacity within the last five years.Duties and Responsibilities:Take and defend depositionsDraft discoveries, pleadings, and motionsMonitor case progressPrepare and participate in jury trialsContinuously communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counselCourt appearances as neededOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:5+ years' experience handling personal injury claims preferredLaw degree from a fully accredited law schoolExcellent research and writing skillsCourtroom motion practice experience preferredCompensation and Benefits: Brown & Crouppen offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance.
